**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Assistant answers and directs incoming calls, distributes mail, faxes, and phone messages and maintains the general office needs. In addition to providing administrative support to our Sales and Executive team.

**Location**:
Vancouver Office

**Employment**:
Full-time, Monday through Friday

**Hours**:
Varies: 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

**Compensation**:
$18.00 / Hour

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- Experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role an asset
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office Suite, in particular)
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Receptionist are a plus

**Job Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Answers incoming calls using IP Office telephone system from Avaya
- Event planning & coordination (as required)
- Sourcing & ordering of required materials/supplies as required from time to time
- Updates internal company databases i.e. VIP Client lists, etc
- Assist the Executive team in communications with our clients. In some cases, acting as the first point of contact for clients, problem-solving matters as appropriate
- Type/create or update any other document as required
- Makes Travel arrangements (Flights, Hotel, Car) as needed for the executive team
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
