PURPOSE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Strategy and Planning**
- **Acquisition & Deployment**
Conducts research on server/endpoint hardware, software, and associated components in support of procurement and development efforts. Recommends and executes modifications to the server environment in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- **Site and Account Management**
Creates and configures new SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, metadata fields, workflows and forms as required and driven by business. Configure Outlook plugin for Enterprise Content Management provided by Harmon. Configure SharePoint and RecordPoint appropriately to execute retention rules, File Plans, security permissions, custom web parts, advanced search module, data exchange connectors etc. Responsible for global SharePoint configuration, shared services & implementing policies in accordance with IT Policies.
- **Technical Support**
Prioritizes and responds to server-related events and problems through proactive analysis or as identified and escalated by the Help Desk.
- **Server Performance and Reporting**
Monitors and tests system performance and provides performance statistics and reports. Defines and implements strategies for integrating disparate operating environments. Develops and maintains server configuration documentation.
- **Cloud Infrastructure Management**
Maintain, deploy and strategize server operations in the cloud.
- **Any other job related duties and/or projects that may be assigned.**

Minimum Requirements

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
- University degree or College diploma in the field of computer science, engineering or a related discipline, or 8 years equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 3 years experience supporting server/endpoint systems and associated components.
- Advanced knowledge of the complete Microsoft software stack including Windows, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Teams etc.
- A minimum of 3 years of Cloud infrastructure management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Mobile Device Management with Intune (Windows and iOS), SharePoint modern experience and NinjaOne.
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining server and endpoint hardware.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Sentinel.
- Familiarity with industry-standard network protocols, firewall management, and operating system configuration.
- Business process and reengineering experience.
