**System Network Administrator**
**LOCATION: Mississauga, ONTARIO**
- NKS Health Pharmacy, a Green Shield Canada entity, is looking for an Experienced _**_System Network Administrator _**_to join our growing team at _**_Mississauga NKS Pharmacy_**_. Established in 2007, NKS Health is a specialty pharmacy focused on the handling and service of injectable, infusion and biologic medications. NKS Health provides high quality service by strategically focusing on chronic autoimmune and neurological conditions, such as: rheumatoid arthritis, gastrointestinal diseases, dermatological diseases, stroke rehabilitation, migraines, and multiple sclerosis._

This position reports to the Manager of Information Systems.
**Primary Focus**:

- In this position, the System Network Administrator will respond to technology service requests from our staff, and support with tasks such as training, installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading devices and software. The System Network Administrator will enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting different IT concerns and be the first point of contact with n employee and solutions focused mentality. Provide first and second level Help Desk support from the Head office.

**Overview of responsibilities**:

- Assist employees in the configuration and maintenance of their computer or related endpoint devices.
- Help maintain inventory, build, and deploy computers following documented procedures ensuring the highest levels of quality are maintained throughout the asset’s life cycle.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure including servers, storage, access points and network switches
- Be the primary IT point of contact, provide excellent service and build relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions based on needs.
- Logging of incidents and requests to track trends and provide permanent solutions.
- Ad Hoc, Miscellaneous, and other duties as assigned.
- The ability and willingness to work outside standard work hours to provide support is required.

**Competencies and qualifications**:

- College Certificate in Information Technology or a Computer Science Degree and a minimum of 5 years of technical support experience.
- Good knowledge and experience with the following technologies: Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Local Area and Wide Area Networks, Wireless Networks, Printers, MS Teams collaboration platform, and mobile devices management skills are required.
- Microsoft Power BI, Tableau and/or any analytic software experience would be an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team with mínimal supervision.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
