**Job Title**: Process Coordinator
**Job Summary**: As Process Coordinator at SWS Warning Lights Inc., you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. A key responsibility of this role is the development and maintenance of comprehensive manufacturing process documentation for knowledge transfer and training purposes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to the continuous advancement of our manufacturing capabilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Continuously analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize these processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with developing and maintaining quality control systems to ensure that products meet client expectations and industry standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies into the existing production environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process improvements, and project outcomes, reporting progress and results.
- Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the quality of a broad scope of production machinery.
- Provide input during the design stage for manufacturability of products and related processes
- Provide comprehensive manufacturing process documentation, operating and product instructions.
- Assist with the design of and then maintain build and test jigs and fixtures.
- Conduct system capacity and debottlenecking studies.
- Administer engineering changes, both for new parts and parts currently in production.
- Maintain engineering drawing database ensuring accuracy of all design documentation.

- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic), or a related field is an asset.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and process optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with using software and tools, such as CAD software, process simulation software, and data analysis tools is an asset.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
