As Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be responsible for connecting with potential new customers, ensuring that they get onboard and activated into our product and booking demo calls for them with our account managers. **What you’ll do**
Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring follow-up by passing leads to account executives with calls-to-action, dates, and complete profile information
- Outbound phone calls to qualify leads and schedule product demos with
Account Executives
- Qualifying prospects and identifying qualified sales leads for the sales team.
- Partnering and working closely with team members in sales to define and achieve customers’ success criteria, show ROI, and ensure customer loyalty.
- Meet Monthly Sales Account Leads (SAL) Quota
- Producing and conducting Executive Business Reviews; building engaged relationships with clients to ensure Buster Fetcher is supporting every client in their business goals.
- Drive true value for customers and report on it.
- Acting as a liaison between internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Keeping consistent and organized documentation on our customer relationship
The following experience is relevant to us:
- Excellent communication in written and spoken French and English.
- Already own a computer that is up to date, capable of handling VOIP software
- Experienced with online tools (ie: Google docs, sheets, Trello, Zoom.)
- History of meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Extremely comfortable engaging with customers to ensure their success
- Experience working with a team across multiple disciplines
- You don’t meet the requirements described above
- You view yourself as an introvert
- You are not totally fluent in french and english
- You don’t like learning, growing and improving yourself
- You are not a team player
