It is an exciting time for the Shared Secretariat, as the office continues is experiencing continued growth. This role is a very important role for the team as it supports the membership.
**Title**: Coordinator, Member Services
S**alary**: $72,841 - $91,051 - $100,156 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full-time - 37.5 (Mon-Fri core hours 9am-3pm)
**Location**: Park Royal - on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Wuatuth Nations - Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).
**About the role**
As Coordinator, Member Services, you will coordinate activities related to membership inquiries and engagement, project and membership database management, training logistics, election processes, and technical support. You will participate in and coordinate the development of briefings, reports and strategic initiatives. And you will create manuals and PowerPoints for presentations. As well, you will prepare, maintain, and coordinate FNHDA communication internally and externally.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- **Education**
- A diploma in business/office administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
**Experience**
- Relevant, recent and significant experience in an administrative capacity, including provision of services to senior level staff processes (normally acquired over a period of 3-5 years)
- Experience working with BC First Nations communities, Health Directors, First Nation Wellness Practitioners and/or organizations
- Experience utilizing a variety of office tools including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Campaign Monitor, Smart Ballot, ZOOM
**Knowledge**
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Knowledge of information, records and data management approaches and options
- Knowledge of the health governance landscape in BC, including the multiple agreements with health system partners within the provincial and federal systems

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
