**Title**: Recruitment Coordinator
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (core hours 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver: Park Royal Office - (Working from home is an option in line with FNHA’s hybrid working policy - minimum 50% in the office).
**About the role**
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR Generalists across 5 different regions of BC to support them with all areas of recruitment. You will assist with creating job postings, interview scheduling, producing offer letters, inputting employee information and documentation, coordinating onboarding, and other areas of admin. You will also help with career fares across the different regions (involving occasional travel).
When you join as a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be joining a great team of Recruiters and other HR professionals; many of whom started life at FNHA as a Recruitment Coordinator. You’ll be well supported with your training and development, all the while playing an important role in supporting First Nations communities.
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in supporting a number of key stakeholders with administrative duties - ideally within a Recruitment/HR setting. Experience of working in a healthcare setting or First-Nations community would be particularly valuable.
You will be an excellent communicator, ensuring everyone is kept up to date throughout the process.
You will have a keen eye for details and be well-versed in juggling different and competing priorities, ensuring you tasks are completed in a timely manner.
You may have experience in roles such as; Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, Office Administrator, etc.
