**Title**: Administrative Coordinator, Clinical Education & Professional Development
**Salary**: $64,636 - $69,974 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term - March 31, 2026
**Hours**: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Location**: Sinclair, Downtown Vancouver - Hybrid available (3 days in office required). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, spring 2027.
**Bargaining Unit**: PSAC Local 22000 (Public Service Alliance of Canada)

**About the role**
As Administrative Coordinator, you will - Provide administration, coordination, facilitation, office management support, and technical support for the team striving for excellence in clinical education. You will participate in the development and implementation of plans, systems, processes and procedures essential for effective and efficient operations, as well as providing executive and administrative support. You will help support engagement of internal and external partners as required through customer service. You will work closely with senior staff and gains insights into high-level decision-making processes.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Grade 12, including one year of post-secondary education in business or office administration, plus six months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Relevant, recent, and significant experience in an administrative capacity, including provisions of services to senior level staff processes.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information and matters in a trusted and responsible manner
- Experience developing and maintain administrative systems, processes and procedures
- Experience utilizing a variety of office tools including Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.
