The ScoliClinic is British Columbia's only Physical Therapy clinic dedicated to kids, teens, and adults who have scoliosis, a 3-dimensional curvature of the spine.

We are a team of compassionate Physical Therapists and Client Coordinators who work hard to provide scoliosis-specific physical and emotional care to our clients.

With 3 locations throughout the lower mainland (Vancouver, Surrey, and North Van), our company is ever-expanding. We are looking for a charismatic and detail-oriented individual to work as a Client Coordinator in our North Vancouver and Vancouver clinics:
**Vancouver**
Mondays 8am-2pm
Wednesdays 7am-1pm
- *Staff holiday coverage hours available_

An excellent communicator (clear, concise, straightforward communication - providing and receiving specific feedback to patients, parents, front desk, physiotherapists, and the clinic owner)
Efficient
Effective in conflict management
Compassionate and aware of self & others (ability to relate to patients with kindness and empathy
Willing to learn, grow, & adapt
Driven to provide outstanding client service

The ScoliClinic is not your typical workplace. We empower each member of our team with autonomy and responsibility. Our goal is to change the game of how scoliosis is conservatively managed, and a successful staff member has the ability to make helpful suggestions that streamline our efficiency to achieve that goal.

Our team at The ScoliClinic believes that everything is figureoutable. We may encounter problems unlike anything we've ever seen before, but we remember that we have the capacity to stay cool, learn more, and find a solution.

**General Duties**:
Opening/closing clinic
Welcoming clients to the clinic
Communicating via phone with clients to answer questions about The ScoliClinic and book new clients in for assessments
Coordinate scheduling for clients follow-up visits
Processing payment and following up on accounts receivable
Processing paperwork to requesting X-Rays discs from various facilities

**Skills**:
Jane App
Proficiency with Mac computer/programs and other programs
Google Drive
Fluent in english (2nd language is a bonus)

**Compensation**: Negotiable, based on experience and skillset

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
