**Title**: Phlebotomy Coordinator - Community Based Diagnostics and Devices (CBDD)
**Salary**: $66,597 - $83,246 - $91,571 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term - March 31, 2026 (2 positions available)
**Hours**: 37.5 hrs, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Location**: Sinclair office, Downtown Vancouver - Hybrid available (50% in office). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, spring 2027.

**About the role**
As Phlebotomy Coordinator, you will - effectively coordinate processes supporting high quality phlebotomy service delivery in First Nations communities. Activities will include coordination of community phlebotomy events, collection of specimens in a culturally safe ways, packaging, manipulation and transport of specimens, support of internal phlebotomy training programs, quality support for laboratory equipment and additional general tasks as assigned.

Regular travel to community will be required up to 80-90% of the time.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Successful completion of a recognized Medical Laboratory Assistant training program.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ recent, related experience in health service delivery as a medical laboratory assistant.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid BC Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Able to travel to and work in communities at least 80-90% of work time

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred, or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
