**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required by company policies.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including moving inventory and organizing stock as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Monitor local product stock levels, pick and lift goods as needed, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and support daily operations.
- Process, track, and manage all local orders in the internal system with accuracy and efficiency; create purchase orders for incoming shipments and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Handle on-site purchasing for physical stores when necessary, coordinating closely with store teams to meet operational needs and ensure smooth store operations.
- Organize and maintain purchasing, inventory, and operational documents; support financial reconciliation by ensuring proper records are kept for specific transactions.
- Create POs for incoming shipments and update records accordingly.

**Skills**
- Experience with commercial driving, including knowledge of vehicle operation regulations.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes.
- Experience in moving goods within a warehouse environment is beneficial.
