**Wage**: $19.50 /hr

**Responsibilities**:
The
**Maintenance Clerk’s **primary responsibility is to ensure vehicles are ready to be rented.

This includes the coordination of oil changes, detailing, registration, inventory, staging, and tracking of non-rentable vehicles.
- Digitally key vehicle movements to and from maintenance and remove a variety of holds on vehicles when necessary.
- Create, receive, and reconcile purchase orders for vendors on-site and off-site.
- Receive POs for body shop invoices, assemble, file, and store invoices as per audit requirements.
- Arrange vehicle towing when necessary.
- Call for hoist repair, dirty oil, and oil filters pick up.

In this role, you will be required to work inside an office setting and outdoors in all weather conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be 20 years of age or older.
- Experience working in the automotive industry
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Strong computer skills are a must.
- Multi-tasking is required.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
