**Tasks and Responsibilities**

This role involves performing clerical and administrative tasks as well as serving as a point of contact for collaborators, management, and board members.

The Administrative Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of events and programs such as our hygiene kit program.

Tasks will involve:

- managing inventory;
- ensuring all database records are up to date;
- scheduling and coordinating volunteers;
- establishing and maintaining cooperative and collaborative relationships with the board of directors, community members, and public interest groups;
- assisting with event and program planning and implementation, media campaigns, and external communications;
- write effective organizational materials including news releases, social media posts, and marketing communications and other duties as assigned to further the mission of our charitable organization.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 9 weeks

Pay: $17.20 per hour

- Monday to Friday
