_Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for wellness clinic in Port Coquitlam_

We are a _NEWLY _renovated wellness clinic with a modern and warm atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform reception activities such as receiving clients and creating a friendly and inviting environment
- Carry out current COVID protocols
- Booking, Modifying/Rescheduling Appointments
- Filing and Maintaining Patient Files
- Handling Cash/POS

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of prior receptionist or related experience
- Understand WSBC, ICBC and MSP and associated paperwork and billing (preferred)
- Experience working in a wellness or health clinic (preferred)
- Experience using Jane App will be an asset

**_*minimum 3 months contract to start*_**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
