**About Us**
We are a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic located in Coquitlam, offering physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and clinical counselling. Our focus is on supporting patients’ overall health and quality of life. We are looking for a professional, organized, and personable receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and to help ensure the clinic runs smoothly.

**The Role**
As our receptionist, you’ll create a welcoming experience for patients while managing daily front desk and administrative operations. You’ll coordinate with our team of healthcare providers to keep the clinic efficient, organized, and patient-focused.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and support insurance claim submissions
- Oversee day-to-day administrative duties: faxing, filing, data entry, and supply tracking
- Coordinate with practitioners to maintain smooth patient flow
- Answer patient questions and provide information on available services
- Keep reception and clinic spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
- Wash and fold clinic laundry as needed
- Carry out opening and closing procedures

**Qualifications**
- **Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role**:

- **Proficiency with Jane App is required**:

- **Knowledge of direct billing (ICBC, WCB, and extended health insurers) is required**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Professional, compassionate, and approachable manner
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic, counselling, or nutrition services is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$2,300.00 per hour
