**THE JOB**

The Clinical Office Assistant will provide top-tier administrative support to the Wilson Pharmacy clinical practices. They will work alongside the pharmacists, pharmacy students, and pharmacy technicians to deliver an exceptional experience for all patients and customers.

**SCOPE OF WORK AND KEY DUTIES**
- escorting patients to the clinic rooms for vaccination/clinical review/testing
- scheduling patient appointments and coordinating tests / investigations
- electronic filing of reports and test results
- triaging incoming referrals
- vaccination/testing room preparation and cleaning
- witnessing and recording Covid-19 rapid tests and PCR tests
- Equipment stocking and inventory management
- reviewing and submitting BC Pharamare and Private insurance billings
**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- previous office, clinical or MOA experience is an asset but not required
- strong interpersonal skills
- effective written and verbal communication in English
- organized, organized, organized
- experience with electronic medical records systems
- proficient with computers
- understand patient information privacy, and deal with confidential or sensitive medical information
- able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
