**HR Generalist**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Develops and administers Human Resources objectives and programs
- Prepare and manage weekly payroll
- Maintain human resources information in HRIS
- Manage all recruiting efforts
- Administer training and development, employee assistance, and employment equity programs
- Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees.
- Administer all WSIB reporting requirements

**Education**
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Working towards or possessing CHRP designation is considered an asset.

**Desired characteristics and Experience**
- HR administration experience with an Ontario based manufacturing company
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of current Employment legislation
- Organized and has the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience working in a team-based environment.
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Competitive hourly wage; starting rate is negotiated based on skill and ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $62,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
