Here we grow again
We are looking to add to our HR team. This is a brand-new role so you get to help shape
what success looks like. We have big plans to grow our company so are looking for
to speak, someone that can provide support, initiative, ownership, and guidance in a variety
of HR disciplines to support our people leaders and our teams of amazing employees.
This role will be primarily remote but will require in office attendance for collaboration
days, team meetings, etc.
SoWhat Will You Spend Your Time Doing?
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment both within and across the Collectivfide network.
- Ownership for onboarding/offboarding; continuously seeking ways to enhance the employee
experience.
- Provide support to our people leaders with HR policy interpretation, employee relations,
performance management.
- Respond to employee inquires, serving as the point of contact.
- Support the HR Business Partner with various HR initiatives and programs including
employee engagement, wellness, training, ESG, DEI.
- Payroll both within and across the Collectivfide network.
- Support employees through the benefit and pension enrollment process.
- Provide input or support in the development of HR policies, procedures, and other
compliance related matters.
- Remain current with employment standards legislation and update policies and procedures
as required.
- Assist with the generation of reports and benchmarking statistics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in an HR Generalist role
- Must have previous payroll experience (ADP preferred)
- Solid understanding of employment standards legislation (Ontario)
- Previous experience on compensation is an asset.
- Graduate of Human Resources Diploma
- CHRL designation or actively pursuing it
- Minimal travel to client sites or industry events when required
