**Job Summary**

As the Office Coordinator, your duties will include:

- Receive visitors and manage incoming phone inquiries
- Assist the Director of Operations with scheduling projects
- Contact clients with details of their project
- Send invoices and collect payment
- Coordinate with Interior Designers for colour consultations
- Monitor timesheets of employees working in the field
- Assist with the creation of marketing material
- Assist with recruiting efforts
- Help to coordinate all company or employee events
- Monitor time-off requests
- Assist with our safety program implementation
- Manage the office and shop space - ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked
- General accounting assistance
- Assist with adhoc projects as needed

**Job Type / Category**

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. We’re a friendly and encouraging company that is always striving for the best.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Superior customer service skills
- Friendly personality
- An eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and strong attention to detail
- Post-secondary education would be a strong asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
