**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and dependable **Mobile Service Technician** to join our dynamic team in and around Montreal. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of systems and equipment, including locksmithing, door and window repair, appliance repair, chimney repair, garage door repair, and more. While prior experience is highly valued, it is not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Your commitment to learning, customer service, and quality work will drive client satisfaction and operational excellence.

**Duties**
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on various systems, including locks, doors, windows, appliances, chimneys, and garage doors.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems on-site using mechanical and technical skills.
- Procure and install components to ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts used, and job details using company systems or tools.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols during all service operations.

**Qualifications**
- A strong willingness to learn and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Proven mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems is an asset but not required.
- Hands-on experience in any of the following fields (optional): locksmithing, appliance repair, or door and window repair.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical documents is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to fabricate or replace components required for repairs or installations (training provided).
- Familiarity with maintenance management tools or systems is an asset but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and tools, as well as work in various environments and conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 80 per week

Additional pay:
