As a Planning Coordinator on the Field Services team, you will make a positive impact by being responsible for:

- Coordinating and scheduling field service activities, including installations (repairs, and maintenance), in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Enforcing the SOWs and make sure we provide feedback to suppliers and receive feedback.
- Working with our support teams to provide remote support to on-site technician.
- Confirming installation was successfully completed.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with coworkers and external suppliers, serving as the main point of contact for any queries, issues, or escalations.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for external suppliers, maintaining regular communication to ensure timely and successful installation of equipment by third parties.
- Monitoring and analyzing internal and external KPIs to ensure that performance goals are met.
- Managing third party invoices.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- ** Experience**
- 1+ years of experience in coordinating field service activities or working with external suppliers is a plus.
- related experience in dispatching or service operations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with suppliers, internal teams, and customers if needed.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on fostering productive and collaborative partnerships with suppliers.
