**Role Overview**:
Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including composing, signing and releasing routine. Usually relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives. Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling of meetings and calendar management.
- Prepare managers for day meetings including daily calendar, assist in compiling and organizing documents.
- Performing onboarding tasks for incoming resources/offboarding tasks for exiting resources.
- Expense processing.
- May assist other Sr. members of the leadership team when needed.
- Needs to be resourceful and able to work autonomously across a complex organization structure.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Ability to work independently and with a team, multi-task, manage time wisely;
- Superior interpersonal communications skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel,)
- Ability to multi-task in an urgent
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
