Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond Hill, ON for an Administration Assistant. The Administration Assistant will perform a variety of daily tasks including managing administrative duties, fielding calls with professional phone etiquette, providing clerical support, and assisting executives with scheduling and general coordination. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks, with a focus on organizational efficiency
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and scheduling
- Excellent Communication skills, with a professional understanding of Phone Etiquette
- Experience with office software and tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information responsibly
- A minimum of a high school diploma, with additional certification in office administration or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in administrative or similar roles is an asset
