Experienced Used Car Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage the used car department and oversee all operations related to buying, selling, and trading used vehicles.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability and meet sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about pricing, inventory, and market demand.
- Train and mentor sales staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell used cars.
- Evaluate trade-in vehicles and determine their value based on market conditions, vehicle condition, and other factors.
- Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements on vehicle prices, financing options, and trade-in values.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all sales transactions and maintain proper records for inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as finance, service, and marketing to provide a seamless customer experience.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the automotive market, including pricing trends, popular models, and customer preferences.
- Ability to analyze data and use mathematical calculations for pricing negotiations.
- Experience in outside sales or related roles is an advantage.

**Salary**: $67,066.00-$118,783.00 per year
