- Proven track record in automotive sales and/or sales management, preferably in the subprime market.
- A knack for fostering, motivating, and retaining top-performing sales teams.
- Expertise in optimizing used car inventory and devising strategies to boost sales.
- Strong leadership, technological, and supervisory skills.
- OMVIC License
- A valid driver's license.

- Steer our sales consultants, review daily objectives, and inspire a high-performance environment.
- Sell pre-owned vehicles expertly to existing and potential customers, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
- Appraise incoming used vehicles, oversee wholesale activities, and build robust relationships with external wholesalers and retailers.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of auto auction trends, manage used vehicle displays, and make informed inventory decisions.
- Regularly liaise with the management team on used car targets and inventory matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
