London Used Car Superstore has an immediate requirement for an experienced Sales Manager to join our successful dealership in London, ON. In this key role, you will be responsible for the profitable operation of Pre-owned vehicle sales department by meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets. This is a demanding hands-on position that requires direct involvement and leadership in all aspects of the department.

**Responsibilities**
- Upholding and maintaining company sales protocols and procedures
- Work with General Manager to plan and manage Pre-owned vehicle inventory, forecast monthly sales and expenses and develop promotions and advertising plans
- Building and overseeing a sales team
- Engage and motivate your sales team to achieve key goals, performance expectations, and best practice processes
- Assist individual Sales Consultants in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provide them with the support to meet these goals
- Lead sales staff in creating an exceptional purchase experience for customers.
- Resolve customer complaints, ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Promote ongoing training, including regular sales team meetings
- Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed

**Qualifications**
- 2 years successful experience in Automotive Sales Management; 3 years of automotive sales experience.
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting/exceeding sales target in a dealership will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding leader, trainer and coach
- Able to foster a team environment to achieve common goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Well organized and detail orientated
- Available to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and every Saturday.
- OMVIC certification in addition to a valid Ontario driver’s license.

Pay: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
