**POSITION**: Manager, Car Wash and Detailing
London Prestige Car Wash has been in operation for 13 years. Voted “Best Car Wash in London” in 2021, London Prestige has developed a loyal following of customers over the years for its exceptional detailing services. We are currently looking for a manager to help us manage and grow the business.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Manage the day to day operations of the car wash.
- 6 days a week 8:30am to 5:30pm weather permitting
- Strive to provide an excellent Customer experience for every Customer at all times to obtain a high level of customer satisfaction/retention
- Personally handle customer enquiries or issues live and online
- Maintain schedule for shampoo clients
- Encourage 5* reviews to Google and Facebook
- Increase average ticket price by upselling and cross selling
- Educate clients on the services we offer by being warm friendly and knowledgeable
- Able to perform minor car repairs ie wiper and trunk easy fixes
- Positive attitude and ethical
- Understand all safety precautions that need to take place to maintain a safe environment for everyone
- Complete Safety training within 1 month of hire
- Understand how to handle harsh chemicals
- Minimize damage claims
- Maintain a clean working environment at all times
- The line, office bathroom kitchen and customer waiting area and staff area
- Hire, train and manage staff and delegate responsibilities as needed
- Ensure that opening and closing times are being followed
- Maintain efficient staffing schedule
- Conduct staff meetings regularly
- Handle employee conflicts
- Ensure health and safety protocol
- Monitor chemical inventory as needed - mix chemicals and soaps daily
- Perform monthly vacuum, machine lubrication and line cleaning
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Maintain general supply inventory
- towels, sponges, dog grooming tools,air compressor nozzles, bottles. hoses, gloves, air freshners, pump belts
- Perform repair and preventative maintenance to car wash, brushes and vacuums and washing machines electrical equipment
- Carry out weekly and monthly sales reporting
- Maintain Corporate accounts
- Collection, counting, banking ATM, payroll
- update quickbooks with daily numbers monthly bills and receipts
- Foster a team environment
- Ensure proper hygiene followed by all team members - uniforms jackets gloves
- Be able to work in temperature extremes
**EXPERIENCE**
- 3+ years customer service experience required
- Knowledge of air pressure and general mechanical systems
- Car wash experience a plus
**REPORTING**
The Car Wash Manager reports directly to the Owners
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
