Edmonton, Canada Dwight Streu Real Estate Team Full time

**Compensation**:
$20 - $24 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
- Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
- Processing of contracts and all supporting documents
- Uploading listings to the MLS system
- Transaction management & Auditing
- Uploading and maintaining data in the CRM
- Maintaining documentation/digital file management
- Assist other team members as required
- Answering the team phone line

**Qualifications**:

- Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
- You possess a high level of computer proficiency and have Mac OS experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to operate calmly & efficiently
- Minimum 1- 2yr Administration experience
