As our Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and converting our leads database. Your primary goal will be to communicate effectively with potential clients to transition them from initial interest to active clients. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the real estate market while working closely with experienced professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update the leads database to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions.
- Communicate effectively with leads to foster interest and convert them into clients.
- Book appointments and organize property showings.
- Assist with the creation and posting of content on social media platforms to engage audiences and promote listings.
- Perform administrative duties as needed to support the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Interest in pursuing a career in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation**:
This is a commission-based position with competitive rates aligned with market standards.
