Allison Meston Real Estate Group was established in 2021, Allison is a licensed Realtor® and Real Estate Investor. Allison specializes in Rural Real Estate, Infill Development, and Agricultural Real Estate. I have my ABR and SRS designations and currently have too many leads to handle. I am looking for a new agent that I can mentor and help build their reputation in Edmonton and surrounding communities.

**Job description**

This individual should be great with people, hard-working, goal-oriented, and looking to hit the ground running in the real estate world We want someone who will complement our team and can help with additional leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule showings for clients
- Prepare contracts and send for signing
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Call leads
- Communicate with clients
- Follow up for feedback
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English both Verbal and Written
- Computer Literacy (Web browsing, Microsoft Word, Power Point... etc.)
- Canva, Docusign experience an asset.
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields is a PLUS
- Need to be used to a fast paced work environment.
- No real estate experience necessary, willing to train a Brand New agent.

**Salary**:

- $35,000-65,0000

Schedule:

- Felxible Schedule required, weekday evenings and weekends required.

**Experience**:

- 1 year Sales (asset)
- 1 year Customer service (asset)

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Work Location: In person
