Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and selling properties. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

**Duties**:

- Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Conduct property showings and provide tours to interested parties
- Assist clients in determining their buying or selling needs and preferences
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in real estate regulations

Qualifications:

- Valid real estate license in the province of Alberta or willingness to get licensed
- Valid drivers license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Organizational and administrative skills
- Able to work days, evenings, and weekends to meet client needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,538.00-$117,765.00 per year
