Job description

This individual should be great with people, hard-working, goal-oriented, and looking to hit the ground running in the real estate world We want someone who will complement our team and can help with back end work.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule showings for clients
  • Send showing sheets
  • Pull Title
  • Prepare contracts and send for signing
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Call leads
  • Communicate with clients
  • Provide Market updates
  • Follow up for feedback
  • Maintain compliance files with brokerage

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English both Verbal and Written
  • Computer Literacy (Web browsing, Microsoft Word, Power Point... etc.)
  • Access to computer/internet

Salary:

  • $20-25/hr

Schedule:

  • Flexible Schedule required, weekday evenings and weekends required.
  • Remote work, no office hours

Experience:

  • Previous experience in real estate is required
  • 1 year Sales (asset)
  • 1 year Customer service (asset)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
