**Overview**

The Saskatchewan Research Council’s Research and Technology Division has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to support the Business Development team. **This position is a one year-term starting March 2025.**

**Accountabilities**
- Coordinate meetings, tours, workshops and other events for the business development team
- Ensure the accuracy and functionality of the various databases for tradeshows and tradeshow feedback, memberships, funding, leads, and conferences
- Assist with organizing and formatting reports as required by the team
- Process system requests which could include submitting and following up on purchasing requisitions, non-disclosure agreements and master service agreements
- Maintain and update the business development SharePoint site to ensure that all information is current, accurate and easily accessible to stakeholders
- Support the functions of the proposal management system when required
- Monitor the business development mailbox to ensure timely responses, appropriate escalation and effective communication

**Qualifications**
- Business Administration certificate or diploma is considered an asset
- Minimum of five years of administrative experience in a dynamic environment is preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs mainly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in a contract management or client relationship management program is considered an asset
