**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle patient intake, including forms and insurance information.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using JaneApp Software.
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing record and manage direct billing.
- Direct Billing Extended Health Benefits, WorksafeBC and ICBC.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure privacy compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency with **JaneApp** or similar practice management software is strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous office experience with a focus on customer service is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Typing proficiency with strong proofreading capabilities.
- **EXPERIENCE IN USING JANE APP AND BILLING ICBC/WSBC AND EXTENDED HEALTH IS MUST**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
