Receptionist/office Assistant

**What you’ll do**:
- Answer and redirect incoming calls with professionalism
- Assist cash-and-carry customers by posting invoices and processing payments
- Ring in deposits and customer sales
- Keep the showroom tidy and welcoming, with light daily cleaning
- Check schedules for sales staff and help follow up on site visits
- Act as the funnel for paperwork between admin and sales teams
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Support showroom sales staff, including stocking catalogs and updating price sheets
**What we’re looking for**:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with credit card processing
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to learn—we’re happy to train the right person
**Position details**:
- Full-time hours, with occasional Saturdays required
- Entry-level position with training provided
- Family-owned business with a supportive culture and room for advancement

**Education**
- Min required Grade 12 or equivalent
Hours will be Mon - Fri - 8 - 5pm
