**About the Role**
As the Office Administrator / Receptionist, you’ll be the smiling, welcoming face and voice of Calridge—both at the front counter and on the phone. You’ll play a key role in creating a top-notch customer experience while ensuring the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to grow with our company, eventually contributing to business decisions as part of our management team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service: greet customers warmly in-person and over the phone, book appointments, assist with quotes, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Professionally handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and manage follow-ups to ensure customers are satisfied post-service.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments, and manage the shop calendar.
- Prepare and process invoices, collect payments, and assist with accounts receivable and payables.
- Keep the office organized: filing, ordering supplies, managing inventory, and keeping things tidy (with help from our cleaning crew).
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and suppliers, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Run occasional errands and provide rides to customers using the shop vehicle (clean driver’s abstract required).
- Assist the owners in improving office processes and procedures to enhance both efficiency and the customer experience.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in office administration, reception, or similar roles.
- Outstanding customer service skills—the customer always comes first
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Friendly, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel) and comfortable learning new systems.
- Familiarity with invoicing and basic accounting tasks is an asset.
- Clean driver’s abstract (for occasional customer rides and errands).

**How to Apply**
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
