**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with billing and accounts payable
- Assist in the preparation of project estimates
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Support the estimation process by gathering necessary information
- Manage and organize files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in the construction or cabinetmaking industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer support skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for clients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in English is required.
