We are currently seeking an **Real Estate Administrative Assistant **to join our TGA Management Services Ltd. team and work under the direction of the Vice President, Real Estate.
**Position Overview**
The **Real Estate Administrative Assistant** is a key member supporting the real estate team. In this role, you will handle general office duties and administrative office support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
- Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, reports
- Monitor, track and maintain information/data/files
- Provide guidance and recommendations regarding areas related to assigned work
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- Post second education is required
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong administration, record keeping and data entry skills
- Effective time management skills
