The role of the Inventory Coordinator is to be responsible for the incoming, storage and monitoring of materials in the shop. This includes receiving materials, making sure all incoming materials are properly labelled and moved to the proper storage locations, conducting regular inventory counts, preparing reports and posting adjustments when necessary. We provide: - A comprehensive benefits package that includes a Health Spending Account, Wellness Spending Account, Catastrophic as well as Travel Insurance coverage, and a 4% RRSP matching plan. - Quarterly Bonus Program. - We provide 2 weeks of paid vacation, which increases to 3 weeks after the third year. - Monthly Lunches & Treats. - Company Swag. - Regular opportunities to be involved in charitable activities during working hours. **What You Will Do**: - Generating and conducting regular inventory counts based on a monthly schedule. - Generating inventory reports to show variances and monthly usage. - Monitoring inventory at work centres and fulfilling restocking requirements based on minimum stocking levels. - Provide feedback to the Purchaser to determine appropriate stocking requirements. - Physically check, receive, label and distribute incoming materials. - Electronically receive materials against the packing slip. - Check the invoice against the purchase order to ensure quantities and pricing is accurate so it can be submitted to accounting for payment. - Monitoring inventory at work centres and fulfilling restocking requirements based on minimum stocking levels. - Retrieving locally sourced items with the use of the company vehicle. **Qualifications**: - Minimum 2 years’ previous receiving and/or warehouse experience. - Class 5 driver’s license. - Clean driving record. - Detail orientated. - Previous experience with an ERP system. - Proficient in MS Office programs. - Able to lift 40 lbs. - Dependable and punctual. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. - Able in a fast-paced work environment. - Self-motivated to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
