We are a rapidly expanding Safety Equipment company which specializes in Gas Detection and Safety Supplies across Canada. We are looking for a mature individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a professional, fast-paced environment to join our team.

We're looking for a new team member for the Inventory & Logistics position, with assistance in our Rental Department at our Abbotsford branch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage shipping and receiving of inventory and customer-owned equipment, ensuring proper documentation and system entry.
- Track inter-branch inventory transfers and maintain accurate database records.
- Perform regular cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and warehouse organization.
- Ensure shipping documentation accuracy and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment; assist other departments as needed.
- Handle regional deliveries/pick-ups and provide customer service support, including phone coverage.
- Collaborate with team members to support operational efficiency and professional communication.
- Process rental quotes, contracts, returns, and billing (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Issue and inspect rental equipment, track asset condition, availability, and lifecycle.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for outsourced rentals and related documentation.
- Maintain rental database and ensure timely invoicing and accurate records.
- Provide technical support and basic training to customers on rental equipment use.
- Support sales teams with rental-related data, documentation, and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably 1-2 years of experience working with Inventory or a similar role, but willing to train the right person.
- Maintain professionalism while dealing with customers, team members, and management.
- Valid driver’s license and/or certification to operate a forklift or other machinery in the warehouse.
- Have clerical knowledge or experience.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
