Committed to service excellence, the Coordinator, Partnership Activations is responsible for meeting and exceeding the ongoing commitments and contractual details of Corporate Partnerships of the Abbotsford Canucks that occur from the start of the partner relationship to the expiry of the agreement.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
(other duties may be assigned as required)
- Manage all assets related to an Abbotsford Canucks game day
- Cross checking rinkboard layout vs what has been installed to ensure all partners are represented
- Taking photo of game day activations
- Capturing and cataloguing all pieces of creative that will run on our social channels for the partner
- Managing and coordinating game night contests including distribution of prizing
- Manage all rinkboard inventory and relating to the Account Executive when stock is low
- Managing contractual elements to ensure they are fully executed by internal stakeholders; working closely with various departments on the approval and activation of all contractual elements
- Develop gameday rinkboard maps for the season while communicating what areas we may have gaps ins
- Assisting with the development and execution of Partnership Marketing hosting events
- Work closely with the Operations Department to ensure that signage maintenance, development, and design is completed to match the partner’s contractual agreement and signage inventory
- Assist with the creation of new partnership sales proposals, including writing, formatting, and proofing proposals
- Work with the CRM and inventory management tools.
- Work event nights as assigned

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience planning and coordinating events, conferences, and/or promotions
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels within an organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience drafting and editing business proposals would be an asset
- Highly organized with outstanding administrative and time management skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Dynamic, hardworking, confident; a go-getter, with drive and initiative
- Committed to ensuring superior customer service and supporting the team
- Solid word processing and spreadsheet skills. Working knowledge of desktop publishing software would be an asset
- Self-starter who is able to multitask and work with mínimal supervision
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as required
