We are looking to grow our diverse team with an eCommerce Project Coordinator who can leverage their skills to aid the Implementation Team to deliver a world-class customer experience. An eCommerce Project Coordinator at commercebiuld understands customer requirements, follows and improves processes, think out of the box, and it's eager to learn new technologies.

**What You’ll Get To Do**
- Support effective and efficient coordination of project tasks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Define and maintain high standards for project management within the Client Success team.
- Document project metrics and prepare reports for various stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate status update meetings with clients and document action items, issues and risks.
- Actively maintain RAID logs and RACI matrix and other project documents.
- Work with third-party consultants and organizations when required to support project delivery activities.
- Adhere to project scope and identify issues through high awareness and being proactive with clients.
- Manage scope within customer engagements. Identify changing requirements as they arise and, working with the Project Manager, determine their impact on the scope and ensure all stakeholders are aware and agree with the changes.
- Ensure clients have an amazing onboarding experience.
- Proactively identify additional sales opportunities throughout the duration of the project.
- Develop strong technical knowledge, while also nurturing business acumen and project delivery management skills.
- Assist our client success team with escalated issues and contribute to the commercebuild knowledge base.

**What You’ll Need**
- Education & Experience_
- University Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Business.
- 3+ years of experience as a project coordinator or project manager.
- Proven experience in software implementation or SaaS implementation.
- Attention to detail in tracking billable hours and managing multiple projects.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires strong time-management and prioritization skills.
- Able to self-serve, research available sources of information for solutions, and seek assistance after performing due diligence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate to audiences of varying technical aptitudes and seniority levels.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven Business Analysis knowledge. Business analysis experience is a plus.
- CAPM Certification is a plus.
- Software & Technical Expertise_
- Experience with MS Office Suite, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft.
- Experience with Google Suiteis an asset.
- Knowledge and experience with common web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, are useful. Understanding PHP code is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP systems ( Sage X3 and/or Sage 300, Microsoft Business Central, Netsuite) is a plus.

- Compensation and Schedule_

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and four weeks’ vacation per year.

The primary time zone for this position will be North America Eastern time during normal business hours. However, since our clients are global, this position may require some occasional flexibility.

This is a remote opportunity and the onboarding and training for this role will be done remotely.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
