Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

Pixyls Crafts Inc is hiring an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to help keep our online store running smoothly from product setup to customer delivery. This role blends Shopify management, hands-on fulfillment, and other e-commerce related tasks. It is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys both digital work and repetitive tasks.

About the Role

As our Ecommerce Operations Coordinator you will manage our Shopify backend, support product launches, maintain inventory accuracy, and pack orders. This is an in-person role based in Riverside, Toronto.

What You Will Do

  • Manage Shopify inventory, product listings, merchandising, and launches
  • Pack customer orders with accuracy and care
  • Keep the studio organized and help with operational tasks that support ecommerce and fulfillment
  • Assist with small projects as the company grows and new processes develop

Who You Are

  • Detail oriented, reliable, and organized
  • Comfortable working on a computer and doing hands on fulfillment tasks
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with calm and clarity
  • Eager to learn new systems and tools
  • Positive, friendly, and excited to get involved with company growth activities

Must Haves

  • Past job experience using Shopify
  • Previous experience in ecommerce and order fulfillment

Nice to Haves

  • Interest in crafts or creative hobbies
  • Graphic design skills
