**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to work closely with the Client Success Manager to deliver excellent content geared for performance on the digital shelf.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for gathering and organizing project resources, creating workback schedules, writing detailed project briefs, building team assignments, reports, and ensuring that the team executes on all deliverables on-time, on budget and to client expectations and geekspeak standards.

The Project Coordinator is expected to have strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and project teams.

The Project Coordinator is a key player in ensuring the successful completion of client projects

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop strong business relationships with client and internal contacts
- Actively support the Client Support Manager in client relations and production
- Work with a creative team to fulfill client expectations
- Ensure that only excellent work is delivered to each of our clients
- Write detailed project briefs that clearly articulate project scope, goals, timelines, budget, and deliverables
- Support/ lead regular client meetings to provide status updates or review drafts/deliverables
- Track project time and materials
- Seek out opportunities to grow client accounts by identifying gaps or enhancement opportunities that will improve brand presence and/ or grow sale

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing at an agency or in-house position
- Proven project coordination skills
- Proven digital marketing skills
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content
- Experience creating content for clients either as a writer or designer
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of the ecommerce channel - Direct to Consumer sites, major retailers, and marketplaces
- Ability to collaborate with team members to find effective solutions to project or resource challenges
- The ability to focus on the needs of the customer, in a busy, action-oriented environment
- Positive and energetic approach to work and building client and team relationships

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
