OverviewOur client is searching for an Ecommerce Onboarding Coordinator to join their fast-growing team. As an Ecommerce Onboarding Coordinator, you will proactively monitor and maintain account health, escalate support tickets, and providing internal support on projects and new initiatives.Location: Toronto, RemoteJob Type: 6-month contract (potential for extension)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDTResponsibilitiesAssist with daily tasks and special projectsIdentify and troubleshoot any inconsistencies or issues to the teamPerform storefront audits and QAAssist with launching and onboarding retailers on the platformReview audit reports and resolve errors to ensure the integrity of dataEnsure accurate data, as well as a storefront aesthetic to reflect the highest standardsVerify and classify products and directly affect customer experienceRequirementsA high level of organization and attention to detailStrong problem-solving and communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and constant deadlinesSound judgment and discretion with sensitive dataExcellent communication skills to connect with stakeholders and retailersProficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)SQL experienceHow to applyPlease forward a polished resume to Arriane Liangcungco at arriane.liangcungco@quantum.ca. #J-18808-Ljbffr
