We are seeking an **Ecommerce & Operations Coordinator** — an organized, proactive problem-solver who thrives on process, precision, and progress. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and wants to grow into an **Operations Manager** or **Digital Growth Manager** over time.

**About the Role**
This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll learn the inner workings of a modern Ecommerce business. You will support key day-to-day functions across **Ecommerce site management, inventory, shipping, B2B account coordination, and customer experience** — helping ensure our products arrive where they need to be, when they need to be there, with excellence at every step.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Ecommerce Site & Order Operations**
- Manage daily operations of the Shopify store to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and product data in Shopify and ERP systems
- Upload and update product listings, SKUs, images, barcodes, and descriptions
**Inventory Management**
- Track inventory flow across all channels (D2C + Wholesale)
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
- Support year-end inventory counts and reconciliations
- Keep process documentation up-to-date
**Logistics & Fulfillment**
- Monitor and process online orders daily, ensuring timely shipping and fulfillment
- Coordinate with our 3PL warehouse on shipping, inventory, and order issues
- Oversee global transport of fabric and finished goods, working with brokers and shipping carriers
- Negotiate rates and maintain shipping performance standards
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
**Wholesale Account Coordination**
- Manage B2B order booking, documentation, and shipping coordination
- Liaise with wholesale accounts and maintain positive relationships
- Support the onboarding of new retail partners
**Customer Experience Support**
- Ensure orders are delivered on time, complete, and with care
- Handle cross-border shipping questions with carriers and brokers
**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-3 years experience in ecommerce, logistics, account coordination, or operations
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, ERP systems, and Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication — professional, clear, and courteous
- A natural systems thinker who enjoys process and structure
- Positive, proactive, and reliable — you take ownership and pride in your work
