We are seeking an experienced and skilled Ecommerce Project Manager to join our team at Be A Part Of. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensuring the success of each project. You will be expected to understand and address customer needs, develop and execute project plans, and effectively communicate with clients throughout the project.
- Key Responsibilities include:

- Developing an open relationship between the agency and clients
- Communicating effectively with clients throughout the whole project life cycle, from initiation to closure
- Leading the planning and execution of ecommerce projects from start to finish, including scope definition, timeline development, resource allocation, and budget management
- Developing innovative and creative recommendations and proposals for projects alongside the development team
- Uncovering customer needs and proactively recommending solutions to solve short-term and long-term business problems
- Contributing to internal projects, planning discussions, and process improvement. Bring your experience and ideas to the table
- Developing and maintaining project documents, including project plans, gantt charts, budgets, and status reports
- Striving to always learn from completed projects by organizing and drafting post-mortems
- Working with the sales team and clients to create support plans for growing the business and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Identifying and managing risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Ability to manage customer expectations

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience managing web development projects, with a focus on ecommerce projects
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience planning and executing ecommerce projects in a leadership role
- Technical background and understanding of code
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA or Asana
- Familiarity with design and development processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance personnel
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong self-management practices with attention to detail

**Nice to Haves;**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. project management, business, computer science) preferred
- PMP certification (or similar)
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies like BigCommerce, including common integrations and custom development work
- Ability to coach and develop junior team members
