**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide detailed and accurate administrative support, including data entry, compiling, editing, and preparing documents, reports, and other correspondence, as needed.
- Maintain an efficient and effective digital and physical filing system in line with Clifton’s QMS.
- General administrative duties, including opening and distributing mail, answering and routing calls, responding to inquiries from employees and clients, coordinating meetings and events, ordering office supplies, and other duties.
- Represent the organization to clients, contractors, and service providers, by providing professional and positive front desk support.
- Coordinate and manage the local fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with local safety administration, as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum high school diploma required. A degree, diploma, or certificate in Office Administration from a recognized post-secondary institution considered an asset.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional work experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills, including effective management of multiple and conflicting priorities with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, in the context of work/life balance.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products; Experience with Zoom an asset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to assess and initiate tasks independently and coordinate with other members of the laboratory and office as necessary.
