**Role Overview**

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and enhancing the efficiency of our business processes. **Key Responsibilities**

Administrative Support:

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for the management team.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy accessibility and security.

Office Coordination:

- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external partners for smooth office and project operations.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.

Financial Assistance:

- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the accounting team in tracking expenses and monitoring budgets.

Project Support:

- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

Customer Service:

- Respond to client inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment for team members and visitors.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Diploma or certificate in business administration, office management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Familiarity with land development processes and terminology is an asset.

Technical Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Starting with $15 per hour based on experience._

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
