**Job Overview**
Brucole Real Estate Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner.
**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, updating calendars as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Support various projects and assist with documentation as required.
- Ensure the office environment remains professional and well-organized.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing business activities.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency with office software and basic data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A positive, adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
